Doing my best to finish up the end of winter issues, I found myself frustrated with nine different issues. These little threads are remnants of the burglary that have not yet been stitched up. Some got snagged by the technology required to live and work in these times.
As a yoga teacher, trainer, and psychotherapist the tools necessary to mend these snags aren’t in my toolbox. Fortunately, I have several people that have them. I’ve had to reach out repeatedly, and ask for help. I’ve been humbled this Winter.
Do you also have remnants from the winter that need mending? Can you accept the loose threads as they are for now? Ki to Happiness Springs ahead, with loose threads and a humble heart.
