My list of unfinished business had me anxious. In my yoga practice I became aware of my need to break down my list into small actionable items. One by one, my efforts helped me calm down.
From calmness, I became more effective with my actions. While I still have a list, I am confident that all will be completed in right timing. Calm centeredness replaced anxiety and gratitude for peaceful progress remains.
