In last nights’s Valentine’s class, I lead our group in a salutation to the love warriors. Progressing from one posture to the next, we centered ourselves, opened our hearts and balanced, disarming ourselves as we turned our worlds upside down and spanned the distance between ourselves and our beloveds. Afterwards, there were treats and celebration.
All of these postures I have had to hold in order to keep my loverness alive. Transitioning from one to the next requires grace. It helps to practice on the mat, so we have the skills to practice when we are not.
What postures have you learned through loving? How able are you to transition from one to the next? Ki to Happiness flows with the breath through all the positions required to keep her loverness alive.
