Yesterday afternoon’s knock on the door revealed another property management company has taken over our building. This makes either the sixth or seventh in the year we’ve been here, too many to keep track of. Whether they take care of us or not, we are so happy to be here and are mostly able to take care of ourselves and our property needs with the assistance of our community.
Following up on our meeting, I sent them the email they requested with our present issues outlined. As I received their response, I read they are confused about who we are, and who they met. In setting them straight, I do so wondering how long and how well they will be managing this place.
Do you know who manages your property? Are you satisfied with them? Ki to Happiness continues to manage well enough with our community’s support as the PMs come and go.
