Keep breathing

Each breath enters as a gift. It empowers us to grow and evolve. Each exhalation allows us to offer something to the world of our growth and evolution until our last.

At times of loss or sudden change, there’s a tendency to hold the breath as if that would help. It doesn’t. Yoga teaches us to keep breathing so we can stay present to the guidance which continues to grow and evolve us into the love we already always have been so we can contribute that to the changing circumstances.
