Out and In

As I continue with my constitutional cleanse guided by my Ayurvedic physician, my back misaligned itself in the night. I got up to tend to it, with the help of one of our cats. I used a couple yoga postures with my breath, then went back to bed with my 4 legged feline assistant.

Awakening, I looked forward to my practices for further progress with my back. I found it was much better, and without forcing, released it more completely. I continued my cleanse, with deep respect for the powerful effect of these ancient tools of herbs, ghee, postures and pranayama.
