I’ve been doing a seasonal cleanse for my body. I’ve also tuned up my upcoming trip, making changes in plans, shipping supplies in advance and beginning to pack. These steps set me in the right direction for full moon celebrations with family and friends while Hatha Yoga Center continues its schedule and my clients adapt to my trip.
