Mild and Wet

Our gentle April rain waters my garden. I walked in the mist yesterday. The mild temperatures required only a light jacket.

I contrast this with the category five typhoon that is about to hit my former Guam home as well as the next band of tornadoes marching across my midwestern hometowns. Some say it rains a lot here in Seattle, without saying what it doesn’t do. I’m appreciating our mild wetness, and praying for the safety of those I love, elsewhere.

How well do you handle storms? Do you do well without their drama? Ki to Happiness has lived through enough storms to appreciate the wet mildness of Seattle.
