September’s End

This month concludes with a bountiful harvest from summer’s generosity. I whomped up a crock of Borscht to welcome October. It simmers away as beets, carrots, onions, garlic and beans marry into a healthful union.

Rebounding health after intentional cleansing of heavy metals, inflammation and unwanted hitchhikers concludes September for me. Hundreds of photos from our shoot depict the robust nature of HYC teachers and our practices. We look forward to sharing with you more of our healthy, creative joy as we approach next Spring’s Jubilee celebration, May 30.

How does September end for you? Does that set you up well for October? Ki to Happiness is grateful for the abundance of blessings from one month to the next.
