Sensing another person‘s unrest, one might inquire as to what’s the trouble. When the response is “nothing”, or “it’s not about you”, it’s best to avoid mind reading. It’s better to read one’s own mind.
When I stay in my own lane, I stay in my own mind which is a comfortable place where I am familiar with my own issues. In doing so, I choose peace. From here, I can extend the peace I experience to all circumstances in confidence that they will resolve themselves at some point.
