I had sessions yesterday with both my chiropractor and Ayurvedic physician. I rested well, integrating the treatments for soul, mind and body. I awaken feeling whole and holy.
These two agents of healing have seen me through a host of issues. Their help attends to my needs with counsel for dietary, relational, and physical shifts all of which bring me to this morning’s integrity. My healthy body contains my sound mind as my spiritual practices align me with the interconnected web of life.
