All Soul’s Day

On this third day of Dia de Muertos, we honor all souls who have departed. Each did the best they could at the time and we remember their efforts. We stand on their shoulders, improving on their best with our best.

I’ll set a place at my table to represent them and eat in silence, reflecting on the many time we gathered. Hatha Yoga traditionally practices Corpse Pose to keep the awareness of the gift of life alive every day. Bettering ourselves with the tools we’ve inherited, we forward the legacy of those who’ve departed.

On whose shoulders do you stand? Can you set a place at the table for them today and remember their loving efforts? Ki to Happiness remembers in gratitude and evolves love, sharing it with all who are open.
