I’m happy to share that my return trip was uneventful. On-time departure after successfully returning my rental car with my carry-on bag stuffed but zipped, I settled in to watch movies on the fight. Taxiing home required conscious breathing as the driver had one foot on the gas and the other on the break, making it a go, slow, go through the raining traffic.
Once home, I greeted my husband and our cats. I happily unpacked and let the cats smell all my travel smells. Bob gave me the grace to rest as my body called me into slumber.
