Giving Thanks

One of my daily practices includes writing a full page of gratitude for my many blessings. I’ve been at this for decades. It has turned every day into Thanksgiving.Now neuroscience understands it helps to rewire the brain to focus on gratitude.

Once the new pattern established in the brain, we look through more grateful eyes, and listen with more grateful ears. We start to sniff out our day in search of other things are we are also wanting to give thanks for.

Among my many blessings, I am thankful for you, sweet readers. I thank you for your comments. Thank you for your interest. Thank you for doing all the work that you need to do to open yourself up evermore completely to your loving, grateful,peaceful light.
